What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Domestic (West Malaysia)

  • Standard – (J&T Express/DHL eCommerce) RM5.90 flat rate. – NOW FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING PROMO: 2+ Quantity

Domestic (East Malaysia)

  • Standard – (J&T Express/DHL eCommerce) RM14.90 flat rate. – NOW FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING PROMO: 2+ Quantity

How long before I receive my order?

  • The average processing time for orders is within 48 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Malaysia is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
  • Calain Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air, or ground transportation strikes or delays, or any extra fees once the package has exited our warehouse.

What Covid Safety protocols have you put in place?

  • We have implemented every health and safety measure recommended by the KKM, as well as additional safeguards, to promote a safe and productive environment in our distribution centres. This includes contactless temperature checks for distribution centre employees and spacing out team members before they begin working.
  • These health and safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. With that in mind, we appreciate our customer’s continued patience if they should experience a delay in their shipment. Our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get orders out.
